According to China’s General Administration of Customs, the nation’s exports of textiles and apparel amounted to US$23.05 billion (provisional) in November 2018, remaining flat compared to the same month of last year.

Exports of textiles rose by 3.2% to US$10.31 billion, thus rising for the eighth consecutive month. On the other hand, apparel exports decreased by 0.3% to US$12.74 billion, decreasing for the first time in six months since May.

January-November 2018 exports of textiles and apparel grew by 3.8% year-on-year to US$253.96 billion: textiles, US$109.30 billion (up 9.3%) and apparel, US$144.66 billion (up 0.9%).
