According to China’s General Administration of Customs, the nation’s exports of textiles and apparel in January-June 2018 increased by 2.6% year-on-year to US$127.52 billion (provisional).

First-half exports of textiles climbed 10.3% to US$58.33 billion, while those of apparel decreased by 2.0% to US$69.19 billion.

June exports of textiles and apparel grew by 4.6% over the same month of last year to US$25.48 billion. Textile exports rose 10.6% to US$10.68 billion, thus rising for the third consecutive month, and those of apparel were up 0.1% to US$14.79 billion.
