Taiwanese apparel manufacturer De Licacy Industrial Co., Ltd. is currently constructing a dyeing and finishing plant in Binh Duong Province in the southern part of Vietnam, and will enter trial production for mass production as early as March.

The new plant is expected to enter full-scale production in the second half of this year.

The monthly production scale of the new plant is 1.5 million yards for filaments and 500,000 yards for spun fiber materials, and the products are to be shipped mainly to an American sportswear company. The plant was originally scheduled to commence operation in February, but construction was delayed by the rainy season in the fourth quarter of last year and Tet (Lunar New Year) in January.
