The Japan Sewing Machinery Manufacturers Association (JASMA) has started accepting applications for exhibiting in the next Japan International Apparel Machinery & Textile Industry Trade Show (JIAM 2020 Osaka), from May 20th to 23rd, 2020 at INTEX Osaka in Osaka, Japan .
This world’s leading exhibition for equipment for manufacturing apparel and sewn products was last held in 2016, with 258 exhibitors from 15 countries and regions and 15,257 visitors from 72 countries and regions (including 3,667 overseas visitors).
Under the theme “The Forefront of Future Technology and Master Craftsmanship”, JIAM 2020 Osaka will combine the craftsmanship that was developed in the process of satisfying diverse needs with cutting-edge technology, and will present innovative products, systems and solutions to the world.
World famous Japanese apparel machinery manufacturers are developing advanced technology, products, services and solutions for this exhibition. Services and products for retailers and supply chains will also be on exhibit.
JASMA intends to increase exhibitors from technology sectors, such as IC tags, smart factories, robots, automation, artificial intelligence and wearables, which are expected to be in greater demand in the future.
New exhibitors and previous exhibitors of JIAM 2016 Osaka will be able gain additional booth space free of charge depending on conditions.
