The organizers of Milano Unica have decided to move the fall 2018 show from September to July next year.
Milano Unica President Ercole Botto Poala expressed his appreciation to people and companies for accepting the change with importance attached to teamwork. The president was especially grateful to be working together with companies handling women’s fabrics.
With the show now scheduled for July, the collections will have to be completed two months earlier, which would be a difficult schedule for mills. The new show schedule is attracting attention as to whether it would strengthen international competitiveness.
