Production on the crosslapped spunlace aXcess line that Andritz supplied to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Phoenix Textile Co., Ltd. for its plant located in Xiaoshan (Zhejiang Province, China) has reached full capacity. This line is dedicated to the production of lightweight products from 30 to 100 g/sqm for wipes and hygiene markets. The production speed of this spunlace line is up to 100 m/min.
The equipment supplied included complete opening and blending machinery, two aXcess cards, a Profile crosslapper, a drafter, a Jetlace Avantage hydroentanglement unit and a neXdry through-air dryer, including a neXecodry system for energy savings.
The equipment supports Hangzhou Xiaoshan Phoenix Textile in further reducing operating costs thanks to various well-proven energy saving concepts.
