According to China’s General Administration of Customs, the nation’s exports of textiles and apparel in November 2017 increased by 6.9% compared to the same month of last year to US$23,120 million (provisional). Of this, exports of textiles climbed 10.6% to US$9,990 million, and those of apparel grew by 4.3% to US$13,130 million. It was the first growth for apparel exports in four months.

Textile and apparel exports during January-November 2017 rose by 0.5% year-on-year to US$243,260 million: textiles, US$99,790 million (up 4.0%) and apparel, US$143,470 million (down 0.1%).
