Mitsubishi Rayon Acquires Gemini Composites of U.S.

Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. (MRC) announced the acquisition of Gemini Composites LLC headquartered in Seattle, Washington (U.S.). Gemini is a design, engineering and prototyping firm specialized in product development using Forged Composite technology. MRC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mitsubishi Rayon Carbon Fiber and Composites, Inc. based in Irvine, California U.S., acquired all of the shares of Gemini from its founder and made the firm a subsidiary of it effective March 1, 2017.
