Stylem and Mitsubishi Rayon Co., Ltd. have started a joint fabric development project for Soalon triacetate, and the developed high-class fabrics will marketed as the Soaès collection.
This project combines the fibers and development capabilities of Mitsubishi Rayon with the planning capabilities and sales force of Stylem with an aim at creating new values by synergy.
The concept is the pursuit of ultimate beauty of women and the best of comfort. The characteristics of Soalon will be used to the greatest advantage to create greater values. Sales are to be mainly toward high-class shops and department stores in Japan and maison fashion houses outside Japan.
A new collection is to be announced in conjunction with Première Vision held twice a year.
