The Teijin Group announced today that it will participate in the 4th China International Import Expo, the largest international exhibition held in China, in the Shanghai National Convention Exhibition Center from November 5 to 10.
Teijin, appearing in the annual show for the second time, will introduce a wide range products and services in the fields of environmental value; safety, security and disaster mitigation; and demographic change and increased health consciousness, areas that feature in the company’s long-term vision. The
Teijin Group aims to hereby expand its business in China and increase its presence in the global market.
The Teijin booth (3H 3B6-004), will display a number of solutions, including the following:
Environmental value solutions for climate change mitigation and adaptation.These include dust collection bag filters using Teijin’s high-performance Teijinconex and Nanofront materials to remove pollutants contained in flue gas, as well as products to manage pollutants generated in factories, such as wastewater treatment solutions and solvent recovery devices. Teijin technologies being deployed by a Formula E (all-electric) racing team supported by the company will also be on display.
Safety, security and disaster mitigation solutions to protect lives and livelihoods from accidents or natural disasters. These will include conveyor belts used in the mining industry, oxygen cylinders used in fire extinguishing operations and fibrous heating wire strengthened and lightened by Teijin’s para-aramid Twaron.
Demographic change and increased health consciousness solutions including the company’s products that support healthy and comfortable lives for people of all ages.
