Stylem will establish its first company in Korea this fall.
According to its plans, the new company will have eight staffers including three Japanese, and the main objective is to supply to Chinese apparel firms, for which demand is expected to grow in the future. The company also has plans to set up a company in Beijing next year, and business in Chinese-made fabrics will be expanded at the same time.

The purposes of establishing the Korean company are: (1) sales of Korean-made fabrics to China, (2) sales of Japanese-made fabrics to Korea and (3) local sales of Korean-made fabrics.

Although the amount of business is small, Korean-made fabrics will be sold to Japan, and to Europe and the U.S. in the future.

Stylem intends to establish the same supply chain it has developed in Japan for promoting original Monozukuri.
