The Japan Textile Evaluation Technology Council (JTETC), an organization authenticating the SEK Mark that certifies the performance of functional materials and processings, will participate in the 16th Vietnam International Textile and Garment Industry Exhibition (VTG 2016) from November 23rd to 26th in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, as part of its activities for promoting the SEK Mark on an international scale.
JTETC is promoting the globalization of the SEK Mark, and the trademark has been registered in a number of Asian countries and regions. Among countries and regions that pass the regulations, sales of SEK Mark textile products are allowed in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Turkey.
It is the first time that JTETC is participating in a foreign exhibition for supporting overseas sales of SEK Mark products. The council will exhibit products that have the SEK Mark for antibacterial finishing, antimicrobial finishing (general applications), photocatalyst antibacterial finishing, antifungal finishing and antiviral finishing.
